Delivery & Returns
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card won't be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm the product is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched. If there is any delay such as an item on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Once your order is placed, assuming we have confirmed it is in stock, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 2 working days (but normally next day). We'll send you the tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you don't receive the tracking within 3 working days please contact us at email@example.com
Please thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. Please do not accept delivery if the items are damaged. If you discover damaged items please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist you.
Cancellation & Refunds
Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to fees. If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the costs associated with returning it. Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
